Description of Vision

This project aims to create an innovative music platform that integrates p5.js and Makey Makey to transform digital music interaction into a tactile and engaging experience. By mapping basic music playback controls—such as volume adjustment, playlist navigation, play/pause, and shuffle /play in order—to physical keys controlled by Makey Makey, it seeks to bridge the gap between the digital and physical realms, making the act of listening to music a more dynamic and immersive activity. Inspired by the digital innovation of platforms like Spotify and Amazon Music, this project aspires to redefine how users interact with music, turning it into an expressive form of creative play. It targets not just enhancing personal enjoyment but also inspiring users to explore new dimensions of engaging with digital media, making music consumption not only more accessible but also a catalyst for creativity and physical activity.
